About Mike

Mike was born in Gisborne and started his real estate career in Gisborne in 1997, then over the following years worked in various real estate roles in Auckland and Taupo before returning to Gisborne and forming “Mike’s Real Estate” with his wife Samantha. During that time, he put the surfing on hold and got back into motorbikes and charcoal BBQ’s.

He’s held a real estate license for more than 27 years and a AREINZ qualification for the last 20 years. Mike not only sells property and businesses as requested he also runs a small well maintained boutique rent roll for both local and international landlords.
